The Encore Institute for Social Impact is a strategy and consulting firm dedicated to strengthening the organizations that strengthen communities. For more than 17 years, Encore has partnered with mission-driven organizations to secure funding, design high-impact programs, strengthen organizational systems, and demonstrate measurable results.

While widely known for grant development, Encore’s work goes far beyond proposals. We help nonprofit leaders build sustainable revenue strategies, align programs with clear outcomes, strengthen internal capacity, and use data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
