Changent is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes for children, families, and communities by scaling and supporting data-driven programs that create lasting, multigenerational impact. Its work is centered on two programs—Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First—which provide prevention-oriented support for families through evidence-based, community-connected services.
Company History
Changent’s roots extend back to the early development of Nurse-Family Partnership, whose evidence base began decades before the current organization was formally established. Nurse-Family Partnership was established as a nonprofit in 2003, merged with Child First in 2020 under the National Service Office, and rebranded as Changent in 2025. Today, Changent brings together more than 65 years of combined program experience in support of children and families.
