Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Fundraising Manager to join our growing Fundraising Team through the 2026 election cycle. We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced political environment, takes initiative, and loves creating impactful content. If you’re a strong writer with great instincts, high attention to detail, and a passion for progressive causes — we want to hear from you!
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the role is filled.
As a part of our team you would:
- Be the day-to-day strategist for clients, including leading client calls and answering questions, helping shape client strategy and messaging direction, drafting and executing acquisition plans, optimizing targeting and deliverability, and communicating updates clearly and professionally.
- Stay up to date on clients’ races, issues, and campaign dynamics to inform strategic content and messaging.
- Help manage internal processes and timelines, ensuring high quality work is delivered on time
- Draft and review compelling, high-performing fundraising content for emails, texts, and direct donate ads
You’d be a great fit if you have:
- An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing so we frequently test new strategies and tactics.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital fundraising for Democratic candidates: running campaigns, launching campaigns, or managing email marketing programs.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and digital fundraising platforms like NGP, Everyaction, or ActionKit
- Excellent communications skills, including creative writing and client communications.
- Worked with Excel/Google Sheets in and out and are very comfortable working with large amounts of data to find insight.
- Superior organization and time management skills.
- Extraordinary attention to detail.
- Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a preference for working in teams.
Salary & Benefits:
The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year. In order to counter pay inequality and uphold internal parity, salaries are non-negotiable.
- Employer-matched 401(k), no vesting schedule.
- 100% company-paid premiums for employees’ health, dental, and vision plans.
- 100% company-paid premiums for life and disability insurance.
- 15 days PTO per year and 5 days of sick leave, plus company-designated holidays.
- Work from home monthly stipend.
- Regular team events.
