ThedaCare, a highly successful non-profit health system, seeks Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physicians to serve in NE Wisconsin.

• Full or Part time outpatient opportunities available in:
• Berlin
• Wautoma
• Shawano
• New London
• Iola/Wild Rose
• Average patient census of 18-22 per day (based on location)
• Clinic support staff available (MA or RN)
• Sign-on bonus and qualify for PSLF
