Job Description:This job is responsible for leading and directing local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supporting the local President within the Metro market. Key responsibilities include serving as coordinator/convener of the local market leadership team, driving Market Growth And Collaboration, and overseeing employee engagement and community impact. Job expectations include acting as a proxy for the local President in representing the bank both internally and externally in the assigned market. The Wisconsin Market Executive leads and directs the local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supports the President of the Wisconsin market. Responsible for partnering with the local market team to drive Market Growth and Collaboration, employee engagement and community impact. Acts as proxy for the President of the Wisconsin market in representing the company in the local community and internal functions and events. Partners with the President of the Wisconsin market in the leadership and execution of the three priorities:

Responsibilities:
Partners with the local President to provide strategic and cohesive guidance across all Lines of Business to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Drives Market Growth and Collaboration, leads the bank's community strategy, and oversees and promotes engagement from employees representing the bank
Provides strategy and direction on how the bank delivers local and enterprise assets to serve customers and clients across the market
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to help deliver the bank's message externally
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
Deep knowledge of the bank's local market delivery strategy and the role of the Local Market Organization in the enterprise narrative
Experience leading through change and influencing without direct authority
Ability to identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategic initiatives and drive to achieve desired results
Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed, results-oriented
Must live in or near Milwaukee
