- Go-To-Market: Collaborate across internal teams to design and launch benefit programs that align with strategic priorities and enhance the member experience. Support the Strategic Communications team in developing go-to-market campaigns and ensuring clear, compelling member-facing promotion of all benefits.
- Continuous Value Alignment: Gather and analyze member feedback to refine benefit offerings and ensure programs meaningfully improve member satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with the membership team to ensure benefits meet the unique needs of each audience (yoga providers and practitioners).
- Ongoing Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends and competitor offerings to inform new opportunities for collaboration. Maintain a sales pipeline and forecasting model to track active prospects, closed deals, and projected revenue.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of collaborations, including revenue generation, member adoption, satisfaction, and demonstrated savings. Intervene when an initiative is off track to meet yearly goals for engagement, utilization, and member satisfaction.
- Reporting & Insights: Report regularly on outcomes, including revenue growth, member savings, and overall value delivered to leadership.
- Organizational Leadership: Serve as a leader within the Community Engagement team by training colleagues on all member benefit collaborations, ensuring individual team members can accurately speak about the details of the product, service, or program, and understand the value it provides to the member
