We’re building the ambitious, actionable policy roadmap for an all-out mobilization to defeat climate change—and to create millions of jobs in a thriving, just, and inclusive clean energy future.
Today, Evergreen combines movement partnerships with direct advocacy to deliver the greatest positive impact, as fast as possible. They mix bold policy products with campaign-style communications and shrewd advocacy tactics. And it’s working.
Since Evergreen was founded, they have successfully influenced the U.S. climate policy landscape. They played a pivotal role in the passage and implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), helped set critical federal standards on pollution, and aided in critical state wins like Michigan’s 2023 100% clean energy standard. Now, under the Trump administration, they are helping states both achieve bold climate progress and defend against attacks on progress, building momentum toward a cross-state climate affordability agenda and renewed climate leadership.
