The Board of Directors seeks a dynamic, community-centered CEO to lead the Boys and Girls Clubs of the San Gorgonio Pass into its next phase of growth and organizational strengthening.
With approximately $3 million in annual revenue, strong public funding through school district partnerships and grants, and an experienced senior leadership team in place (COO, Finance, HR), the organization is well-positioned for thoughtful expansion and operational refinement.
The next CEO will:
- Set and execute a clear strategic vision
- Strengthen infrastructure, systems, and accountability
- Expand private philanthropy and corporate support
- Elevate program quality and measurable outcomes
- Serve as the visible ambassador across Banning, Beaumont, and the greater San Gorgonio Pass region

Requirements
- 7–12+ years of senior nonprofit leadership experience (Executive Director, CEO, COO, or comparable), demonstrated fundraising success, multi-site management experience, and strong financial oversight capability; and
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate will bring leadership competencies which include strategic orientation, team leadership, results orientation, collaboration and influencing.
